Why Casa Marlin: Our condo is in the heart of Chahué, designed for travelers who want to experience Huatulco on foot. With Chahué Beach, restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and everyday essentials all nearby, it's one of the area's most walkable places to stay without needing a vehicle.

Is Casa Marlin Beachfront? No ,but we are approximately a 3 to 5-minute walk from Chahué Beach.

Is Chahue swimmable? Generally not recommended for casual swimming. Ideal for beach walks, jogging, morning sunrises, photography, sunbathing, and beach club lounging

Do I need a car? Not necessarily. Guests pick us because they can comfortably explore the area on foot and use taxis for longer trips around Huatulco. Taxis come and go right outside our complex.

How far is the airport? Huatulco International Airport (HUX) is about 20 minute drive(10.3miles/16.7km)

Is there an elevator? Yes. The building does have elevator access.

Is there a laundry on site? Please note that on-site laundry is not available for short-term stays. However, we’re happy to recommend a wonderful local laundry service that will pick up your clothes and return them fresh, clean, and beautifully folded! We’ve personally used their service and highly recommend them. Just ask us for the details!

Is there parking for guests? No. Street parking only, unless staying for at least three months.

Are pets allowed ? We love our furry friends, but to keep our little casita fresh and comfortable for everyone, we kindly maintain a pet-free space. Thank you for understanding!

Is there construction nearby? Yes, there is some daytime construction behind our little casita. While you may hear occasional noise, closing the doors and playing soft background music can help. We just want you to know ahead of time so you can enjoy your stay with peace of mind!

Is Casa Marlin good to work remote? Yes. We offer free starlink.

Is Casa Marlin a good place for long stays? Absolutely. Many guests choose us for extended stays thanks to its walkable location and nearby amenities.
